Due an administrative or production error at Rolex, the wrong Punched Papers and swing tags were sent to the Authorised Dealer and do not match the serial number on the watch. This mistake was overlooked at the time by the Authorised Dealer. However, the stamp and date on the Punched Papers and original bill of sale match that of the Authorised Dealer, verifiying this watch as a genuine timepiece.
